What you will do

• Lead and grow a new squad focused on Lini AI initiatives, balancing technical leadership with people management.
• Collaborate with ML teams, Product Managers, and feature squads to define and ship AI-powered features.
• Translate complex model capabilities into actionable product requirements and clear cross-team dependencies.
• Own the end-to-end delivery, engineering standards, and architecture choices for Lini-powered features.
• Define integration architecture including LLM connectors, RAG, and context management.
• Provide structured feedback, conduct 1:1s, and support career development for squad members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in B2B SaaS production environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing an engineering team or squad.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js 3.
• Deep experience with LLM integration patterns such as RAG, streaming, and tool use.
• Proven track record of owning technical decisions and driving engineering culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Background in Symfony or Python for ML layer interactions.
