What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of software development engineers and applied scientists.
• Own the technical roadmap for circularity initiatives, including Digital Product Passport and ECGT compliance.
• Partner with product, science, and business teams to define features that increase sustainable selection visibility.
• Drive engineering excellence through system design, operational health, and code quality.
• Represent technical work to senior leadership during business reviews and planning cycles.
• Manage operational metrics, including repair availability targets and compliance deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
• Strong knowledge of full software development life cycle practices, including coding standards and operational excellence.
• Proven experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing engineering teams.
• Ability to translate regulatory or compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience communicating technical designs and product strategy to senior leadership.
