What you will do

• Support the hirify.global-wide rollout of process mining using Celonis to optimize and automate business processes.
• Implement and operate process mining solutions and perform data transformation using SQL.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with data governance and security requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders across different business units to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and deliverables for ongoing initiatives.
• Participate in knowledge sharing regarding data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience with data analytics and SQL, including basic understanding of relational data models.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Strong interest in data-driven analysis and a structured, analytical way of working.
• Must be based in or able to work from Essen, Hannover, or München.

Nice to have

• Initial exposure to process mining tools, specifically Celonis.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
