What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain BI-based dashboards and reports for Sales performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Integrate data from various internal and external sources into a consistent reporting environment.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reports and underlying data structures.
• Continuously improve reporting structures, including KPI logic and visualization standards.
• Develop new analyses in close alignment with the Manager Business Analysis and cross-departmental stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in BI reporting, business analysis, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and structured data analysis.
• Solid understanding of KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies for commercial functions.
• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in German and/or Italian.
