What you will do

  • Define and lead the digital marketing and sales strategy for energy commodities and value-added solutions.
  • Manage B2C and B2B lead generation and customer acquisition activities, optimizing budgets and ROI.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO strategies to increase qualified traffic and conversion rates.
  • Advance marketing technology by leveraging AI capabilities, CDPs, and LLM/GEO technologies for personalization.
  • Oversee the governance and performance of external agencies while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale customer acquisition programs and significant marketing investments.
  • Leadership experience in energy, utilities, telecommunications, insurance, or similar complex sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, web analytics, and martech ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of AI applications in marketing, including CDPs and emerging LLM technologies.
  • Location: Based in Milano, IT
