What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and growth in international markets.
- Own the marketing automation platform to build personalized customer journeys for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Optimize the website and landing pages with a focus on strong UX, SEO, and mobile-first design.
- Implement tracking and optimization frameworks to improve MQL quality and overall funnel efficiency.
- Manage outsourced agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Data and AI teams to execute a data strategy that drives personalized, optimized campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience leading digital marketing transformation with strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation technologies (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and marketing technology architecture.
- Proven track record of managing transformation programs and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience designing and executing digital strategies across diverse international markets.
- Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary
Nice to have
- Experience in international content or marketing roles.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and optimization tools.
