What you will do

• Provide oversight on prudential compliance obligations for operations across the entire business.
• Ensure high-quality regulatory mapping and implement new policies from scratch.
• Develop and manage a robust, company-wide prudential training and competency programme.
• Oversee horizon scanning for relevant geographies to anticipate regulatory changes.
• Review and challenge 1LoD incident reviews to ensure effective and robust remediation.
• Proactively identify regulatory issues and recommend scalable solutions to promote compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Deep expertise in prudential-related obligations including DORA, PRA Handbook, TPRM, and CRR.
• University degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Proven experience in conducting regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Fluency in English.
