What you will do

• Perform end-to-end installation, patching, and upgrades of HANA 2.0 MDC.
• Manage backups, point-in-time recovery, and high availability/disaster recovery setups.
• Monitor system health and performance using HANA Studio, acting on alerts and analyzing trace files.
• Handle P1 and P2 incidents, providing timely root cause analysis and solutions.
• Support system architecture optimization and develop tools to increase operational efficiency.
• Conduct workshops and training for customers and supervise junior team members.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in HANA administration and system architecture.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and HANA Studio.
• Experience with MDC (Multi-tenant Database Containers) and version upgrades (1.0 to 2.0).
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent IT training.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
