What you will do

• Advise the business on compliance and legal issues regarding the structure of new and existing financial products.
• Draft customer-facing legal documentation for banking and payment services.
• Manage regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications for product expansion.
• Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on executional legal work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PQE in a relevant legal field.
• Experience advising on financial regulations and payment products, including card and cross-border payments.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations with incomplete information.
