What you will do

• Input and maintain accurate product, sales, and inventory data in company systems.
• Ensure record consistency between the A2000 Program and MS Excel.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (P.O.s).
• Set up new items in A2000 software, ensuring all product attributes are correct.
• Verify, cross-check, and correct data to prevent errors.
• Generate and organize reports for management review.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines or Dominican Republic.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management software.
• Familiarity with the A2000 Program (Required).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience in P.O. creation and item setup.
