What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end access lifecycle, including request submission, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Conduct training for site-specific workflows, ROIS, VRM, and new system updates.
• Lead onboarding training for new hires and provide real-time coaching until production-ready.
• Maintain the training and access matrix to ensure all associates are fully assignable.
• Partner with leadership to determine associate readiness and capacity across client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand employee skillsets through cross-training to reduce dependency risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health information management, or medical records workflows.
• Working knowledge of ROIS, VRM, and related data entry processes.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support associates.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows.
