What you will do

• Prioritize key metrics including DORA, value stream performance, and AI adoption impact.
• Translate executive and technical leader needs into actionable product requirements.
• Enable cross-functional teams with internal and customer-facing analytics tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager leading complex, data-intensive or analytics-driven products at scale.
• Strong background in building BI tools, dashboards, or engineering analytics for technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of software engineering lifecycle metrics (e.g., DORA, cycle time).
• Experience collaborating with data engineering on platforms, pipelines, and APIs.
• Ability to influence executive audiences and manage stakeholders in a distributed environment.
