What you will do

• Define the multi-horizon roadmap for data analytics and insights, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform investment.
• Partner with engineering leaders to shape core platform capabilities, including data pipelines, storage, and APIs.
• Design a tiered analytics experience ranging from conversational AI discovery to custom dashboard creation.
• Prioritize insight workflows for software leaders to measure deployment frequency, cycle time, and AI feature impact.
• Collaborate with the Knowledge Graph team to ensure insights are powered by connected, cross-lifecycle data.
• Drive a consistent analytics narrative across product, marketing, and sales to improve market understanding.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the US
• Experience defining product vision and driving execution across complex, multi-team product programs.
• Background building analytics, dashboard, or business intelligence products for technical leadership users.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and engineering performance measures like DORA metrics.
• Understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, and APIs with the ability to partner with data engineering teams.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a distributed environment without formal authority.

• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, conversational interfaces, or knowledge graph concepts.
