TL;DR
Customer Value Consultant (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion with an accent on quantifying business outcomes and building multi-threaded stakeholder relationships. Focus on proactive, usage-triggered outreach and partnering with Sales to identify expansion opportunities within the EMEA and North American markets.
Location: Must be based in and have the right to work in London (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office).

What you will do
- Run pre-sale value discovery with enterprise prospects to quantify potential business impact.
- Lead structured onboarding for new enterprise customers focused on delivering measurable value.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Conduct value reviews at 3 and 6 months to ensure customers realize agreed-upon outcomes.
- Drive proactive, usage-triggered outreach based on account health and platform metrics.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Must be based in and have the right to work in London (no visa sponsorship or relocation support).
- 3–5 years of experience in value-led sales, value consulting, or commercial Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building quantified business cases and tying engagements to measurable outcomes.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts and engaging economic buyers.
- Highly data-driven approach to prioritizing time and guiding customer conversations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
