TL;DR

Admissions Coordinator (Education): Managing inbound inquiries and guiding prospective students through the enrollment process for healthcare and skilled trades programs with an accent on lead conversion and program advising. Location: Remote (LATAM: Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Honduras). Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Handle inbound calls in English and Spanish to recruit and enroll prospective students.
  • Advise students on program curriculum, schedules, and career outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on funding options, including VA Education Benefits and state workforce programs.
  • Manage student pipelines and lead follow-ups using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with campus teams to ensure accurate onboarding and seat availability.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, or consultative sales.
  • Must be based in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, or Honduras).
  • Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.
  • Proven experience converting leads via phone and handling objections.
  • Proficiency with CRM and lead management tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in vocational, trade, or technical school admissions.
  • Knowledge of VA Education Benefits or state funding programs.
  • Experience with healthcare education programs.
