What you will do

• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent data migration initiatives within a broader transformation programme.
• Manage high-level stakeholders, including EXBO, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and data teams.
• Coordinate delivery across internal IT teams and external BPO vendors.
• Apply Agile and Prince2 methodologies to ensure structured and timely programme delivery.

Requirements

• University or HBO level education with 15+ years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience leading complex data and migration programmes, preferably in financial institutions.
• Proven expertise in senior stakeholder management at the EXBO level.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Prince2 methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and concepts like data warehouses, data lakes, and data mesh.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data management and governance principles such as DMBOK.
• Familiarity with data and analytical engineering and data architecture principles.
