TL;DR

Senior Program Manager (Payments): Enabling new payment options and improving existing payment experiences for customers globally with an accent on EMEA and APAC markets. Focus on designing scalable operational processes, managing external financial partner roadmaps, and optimizing payment systems architecture.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in London, UK). Candidates must be comfortable with occasional meetings outside standard business hours to accommodate APAC time zones.

What you will do

  • Define payments product strategy, roadmap, and create a prioritization framework for organizational alignment.
  • Design and implement operational processes and programs to scale payment capabilities.
  • Analyze and improve payment systems, including APIs and technical dependencies.
  • Manage end-to-end project plans for new implementations with external financial partners.
  • Define and implement metrics to measure the health of payments and partner performance.
  • Coordinate incident resolution and drive partner communications and escalations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management and/or payments business operations.
  • 5+ years of experience on the merchant or payments provider side (e.g., PSP, acquirer, aggregator).
  • Experience driving medium-to-large technical projects with external financial partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in payment systems and architecture with the ability to lead technical discussions.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
  • Must be based in London, UK to support the hybrid work model.
