What you will do

• Design and implement a cloud-native platform architecture on GCP.
• Build scalable guardrails for multi-team, multi-environment setups with compliance requirements.
• Create reusable infrastructure to enable self-service provisioning.
• Define cloud governance, including IAM strategies and policy-as-code.
• Develop design documents and represent technical divisions in leadership forums.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP.
• Production Kubernetes experience involving networking, security, tenancy, and lifecycle management.
• Terraform expertise at the module-authoring level.
• Solid networking fundamentals, including VPC design, CIDR planning, DNS, and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience in compliance-driven environments such as SOC2 or PCI-DSS.
• Must be based in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience treating infrastructure as a product with SLOs and a focus on developer experience.
• History of designing cloud foundations for entire organizations rather than individual projects.
• Ability to build scalable patterns and navigate cross-team buy-in.
