What you will do

• Analyze and design technical requirements for Voice & Messaging systems and AI services.
• Develop and automate testing for cloud-native IMS components.
• Operate and improve Kubernetes-based telco platforms in a DevOps environment.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality, fast delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis and structured troubleshooting for critical systems.
• Contribute to the development of an AI Calling system for real-time speech processing.

Requirements

• Deep VoIP expertise including SIP, SDP, (s)RTP, Diameter, and IMS protocol call-flows.
• Experience with Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm) and VMware.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitLab CI and Artifactory.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, AWX, and FluxCD.
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Nice to have

• Experience with SIP and Media debugging using Wireshark or sngrep.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
