Technical Compliance Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland; offices are available in Yerevan, Limassol, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Analyse regulatory, licensing, certification, and internal control requirements and translate them into system requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from regulatory clauses through controls and enforcement points to evidence artifacts and test scenarios.
• Define compliance behaviours, evidence-by-design requirements, system diagrams, integration controls, and reusable control contracts for critical vendors.
• Prepare compliance test scenarios, datasets, walkthrough scripts, evidence indexes, and requirement mappings for certifications, regulatory reviews, and internal or external audits.
• Support new market and license-entry activities, integrations with KYC, PSP, RGS, AML, fraud, and reporting providers, and change-control assessments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Legal, testing laboratories, certification bodies, and regulators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Compliance Analyst, Compliance Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or in a similar role supporting complex platforms or distributed systems.
• Ability to analyse regulations, policies, and control requirements and convert them into implementation-ready specifications and documentation.
• Experience with complex transactional systems, cross-system processes, system integrations, and requirements gathering.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Experience supporting external audits, certification programs, testing bodies, or regulated market launches.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organisation, stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, payments, banking, fintech, marketplaces, healthcare, or other regulated platforms.
• Familiarity with GLI-19, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, EMI, PSD2, or equivalent standards.
• Knowledge of payments and fintech controls, including funds flows, reconciliation, chargebacks, regulated reporting, and integration controls.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code, OPA, ledger concepts, immutable logs, event-driven systems, or event sourcing.
