Senior Manager, Operations Strategy (AI Enablement)

What you will do

• Identify high-impact AI use cases within Operations teams and lead the design and execution of POCs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deploy AI solutions into production and integrate them with existing workflows.
• Monitor and optimize AI agent performance post go-live to improve accuracy and business outcomes.
• Develop operational AI tools using low-code or no-code platforms.
• Act as a bridge between Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Deep domain knowledge in risk operations, including KYC/AML, fraud, or credit risk.
• Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, operations, or technology within fintech.
• Proven track record of AI/ML solution delivery specifically in risk management.
