What you will do

• Plan, launch, and manage high-ROAS paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Write compelling sales copy to drive higher click-through and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
• Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to create cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Professional English fluency.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience working within a digital marketing agency.
• Ability to work 9 AM-5 PM EST (Monday - Friday).
• Must be located in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics.
