• Track key metrics and identify bottlenecks to optimize recruiting efficiency and outcomes.
• Strengthen employer brand and refine processes to improve speed and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruiters with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proven success hiring senior and leadership roles.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership.
• Data-driven approach to guiding strategy and measuring success.
• Must be based in London.
