Location: Remote (USA). Must be a US citizen who resides on US soil. Preference for candidates in the greater Washington, DC area.

Salary: $128,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic operations partner to Public Sector leaders to improve overall performance and operational rigor.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and IT to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Lead core operating rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and QBRs.
  • Support annual planning activities such as territory design, quota setting, and capacity planning.
  • Provide business insights, analytics, and performance reporting to support executive decision-making.
  • Identify and implement automation and AI workflows to reduce operational friction across the sales process.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Ops or RevOps within a high-growth software company serving the US federal market.
  • Must be a US citizen who resides on US soil.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern revenue technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline workflows.
  • Strong analytical capabilities in business modeling and executive-ready presentation development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
