Senior Technical Recruiter, Infrastructure

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid schedule with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week in the Toronto office

Base pay: CAD 97,750–115,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical roles from outreach through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through research, outbound sourcing, and passive-candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align candidate profiles, and communicate hiring progress.
• Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to share pipeline insights, coordinate interviews, and improve hiring efficiency.
• Use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing tools to organize workflows and improve outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring for specialized technical roles.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through research, outreach, and recruiting tools.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and reporting on pipeline activity, challenges, and progress.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and sourcing tools such as Gem.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain organized workflows.
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting and interest in building custom tools for sourcing, research, and candidate engagement.
