What you will do

• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and corporate EHS standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative safety measures.
• Lead internal safety training and perform regular site inspections.
• Manage high-risk contractor operations and emergency response protocols.
• Oversee Business Continuity Management (BCM) and environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must hold Taiwan governmental Level A Occupational Safety or Health Specialist certification.
• 10+ years of experience in occupational health and safety.
• Proven experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) for international communication.
• Demonstrable success in maturing safety culture within complex, multi-country organizations.
• BSc/MSc degree in Safety & Health or a comparable field.
