What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory to achieve product design wins.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and distribution partners through regular engagement.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and record all activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal experts, including Strategic Application Managers and Field Application Engineers.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to Product Managers to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Shanghai, China
  • Proven technical sales experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong strategic selling skills, including pipeline management and identifying key decision-makers.
  • English proficiency required for professional communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex customer relationships.

Nice to have

  • Experience with wireless technologies, cloud services, or software solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
