What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory to achieve product design wins.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and distribution partners through regular engagement.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and record all activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal experts, including Strategic Application Managers and Field Application Engineers.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to Product Managers to support business growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Shanghai, China
- Proven technical sales experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong strategic selling skills, including pipeline management and identifying key decision-makers.
- English proficiency required for professional communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience with wireless technologies, cloud services, or software solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
