Salary: $131,010 – $218,790

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex condition assessment projects, serving as the primary interface between clients and technical staff.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional team of multi-discipline professionals.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and expanding the practice footprint.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases to ensure budget and schedule adherence.
• Foster long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to secure repeat work and follow-on services.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for rehabilitation and aging infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project execution and client development within condition assessment and asset management.
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration in California is required.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and win new business in a client-facing role.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screening.
• Must be based in Southern California to support regional client needs.
