TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Hong Kong. The role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Oversee the performance and results of front office operations across the APAC region.
  • Direct regional managers and matrixed teams to ensure execution of business plans aligned with global strategy.
  • Develop and execute operational plans for portfolio implementation, platform management, and lifecycle activities.
  • Apply deep functional knowledge to resolve complex operational challenges and improve efficiency.
  • Establish governance frameworks and control environments to enhance operational resilience.
  • Represent APAC in global forums and influence strategic decisions with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in front office or investment operations within asset management.
  • Deep expertise in portfolio monitoring, implementation, and lifecycle operations.
  • Strong understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory requirements specific to APAC markets.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-location, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Execution-focused leadership style with a commitment to scalability and clarity of ownership.
