What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and operational teams.
- Manage SLA implementation, compliance, and proactive resolution of operational challenges.
- Oversee client KPI reporting and facilitate monthly or quarterly service reviews.
- Identify and close cross-sell opportunities while supporting RFPs and new business onboarding.
- Analyze and drive actions to improve business margins and ensure workforce alignment.
- Coordinate board reporting and facilitate client due diligence requests.
Requirements
- Third Level Qualification (degree or higher) in a relevant field.
- Demonstrable experience in fund administration or asset management with a focus on client relationships.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of accounting professionals.
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of fund structures, fee calculations, and financial instruments.
- Exceptional client service skills capable of managing complex and demanding client requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Nice to have
- Experience with fund administration software such as Geneva, Investran, Yardi, or Mantra.
