What you will do

• Design and enhance margin risk models and quantitative risk control methodologies to support financial trading systems.
• Develop and optimize risk measurement tools and analytical models to monitor leverage, collateral, and trading exposure.
• Conduct margin risk analysis and mitigation based on financial products, trading strategies, and market conditions.
• Evaluate margin adequacy and liquidation risk to recommend improvements for risk controls.
• Drive the development of margin risk management capabilities leveraging big data platforms.
• Collaborate with Trading, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement scalable risk solutions.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in margin risk, market risk, or risk analytics within financial trading institutions, exchanges, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of margin methodologies, financial risk management, statistics, and data analytics.
• Experience with derivatives, leveraged products, futures, options, or margin trading.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex trading and risk data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
