Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Driving sales growth, margin improvement, and financial planning for new product launches with an accent on scenario modeling and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site in the office. Must be able to maintain overlap with US business hours (EST/PST).

What you will do

• Support financial business cases for new product launches and provide post-launch KPI tracking.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends to deliver actionable insights for business results.
• Support long-range planning processes, including data consolidation and reporting.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers to align financial targets with strategic roadmaps.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline financial and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and finance leadership to drive sound business decisions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar financial role, ideally within FMCG, consumer electronics, or PC industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Expert proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with ESS base and Oracle is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a matrix or functional organizational structure.
• University degree or HES qualification.
