Mid-Market Account Executive (Fintech): Driving customer growth and acquisition in the Irish market with an accent on prospecting high-potential accounts and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on matching mid-market clients to the Revolut product suite, building relationships with C-suite decision-makers, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure product adoption.

Location: Must be based in Ireland, Portugal, or Spain (Hybrid options available in Barcelona, Dublin, Lisbon, Madrid, and Porto).

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect high-potential mid-market accounts based on key business indicators.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls to assess customer needs during the sign-up process.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to cross-sell features and deepen client relationships.
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English required.
  • 1+ years of experience as a sales or business development representative.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or fintech environments.
  • Expert relationship-building skills with C-suite decision-makers.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Experience selling financial products.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
