What you will do
- Execute outbound sales strategies including cold-calling and multi-channel outreach.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead sourcing to deal closing.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate the value of business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and activation.
- Maintain consistent activity levels and manage CRM data effectively.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
Requirements
- Fluency in English required.
- 1+ years of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills over the phone.
- Strong determination and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively between prospecting, closing, and administration.
- Must be located in Ireland, Portugal, or Spain.
