What you will do

• Support opportunity identification by gathering insights from business teams.
• Assist in process analysis and document current workflows and improvement areas.
• Contribute to solution design through drafts, diagrams, and technical notes.
• Assist in building prototypes and proof-of-concepts under guidance from senior engineers.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practice libraries for the Center of Improvements.
• Participate in change enablement activities such as training materials and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of systems, data, or software concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to translate ideas into structured notes, diagrams, or simple prototypes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn from senior team members.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms or enterprise SaaS tools.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, automation tools, or scripting.
• Interest or basic understanding of AI prompting.
