Salary: $21.78/hour – $29.95/hour plus 5% profit sharing bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to gather information and resolve low-complexity issues.
• Manage daily client servicing workflows and process business transactions that do not require underwriter sign-off.
• Ensure high accuracy of data entry into internal systems and verify all necessary documentation is present in files.
• Communicate regularly with team members and business partners to research and analyze account information.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Attach appropriate forms and execute policy changes under the direction of underwriters.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to pursue insurance designation (AINS).
