Location: Must reside in one of the approved hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill (NC), Denver/Colorado Springs (CO), or Dallas/Fort Worth (TX). U.S. citizenship is required.
Salary: $130,000 – $190,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, managing support requests and troubleshooting incidents in cloud-native environments.
- Resolve technical issues spanning Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD pipelines, and container configurations.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure mission-critical platform availability.
- Monitor customer environments to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and drive systemic platform improvements.
- Ensure all operational changes comply with government change control processes and ATO requirements.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required due to federal security requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Must reside in an approved hiring hub (DC/MD/VA, NC, CO, or TX).
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, DevSecOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure.
- Solid experience operating cloud-native applications on Kubernetes, including containerization and Helm.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP).
- Familiarity with secure software delivery and compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DoD, IC, or federal civilian customers.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles.
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.
- Knowledge of ATO processes and government change management.
