Salary: $130,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, managing support requests and troubleshooting incidents in cloud-native environments.
• Resolve technical issues spanning Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD pipelines, and container configurations.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure mission-critical platform availability.
• Monitor customer environments to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and drive systemic platform improvements.
• Ensure all operational changes comply with government change control processes and ATO requirements.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to federal security requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Must reside in an approved hiring hub (DC/MD/VA, NC, CO, or TX).
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, DevSecOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure.
• Solid experience operating cloud-native applications on Kubernetes, including containerization and Helm.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP).
• Familiarity with secure software delivery and compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or federal civilian customers.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles.
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.
• Knowledge of ATO processes and government change management.
