Salary: $81,537 – $110,315 per year.

What you will do

• Consult with business units on data retention, disposition, and de-identification requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and schedules for information lifecycle management.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting data retention and privacy.
• Conduct control testing and manage responses to internal and regulatory audit requests.
• Oversee offsite storage and onsite shredding processes and vendor relationships.
• Lead cross-functional projects and represent the unit in regulatory initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent substantial work experience.
• 3-10 years of directly related experience in compliance or regulatory analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Minneapolis, MN or Appleton, WI.
