What you will do

• Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues.
• Partner with Business Aligned Compliance to generate and review monthly reporting summaries.
• Liaise with Legal, Employee Relations, and business management to assess and assign risk.
• Design, test, and maintain communication surveillance protocols.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build and test retention feed solutions for third-party applications.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (pivot tables and formulas).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound, balanced judgment.
