Location: Must be based in the United States (Boulder, Colorado).

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 USD + Bonus.

What you will do

• Design and implement the company’s legal compliance program framework and risk identification processes.
• Develop and manage a system to track obligations derived from contracts, laws, and internal policies.
• Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into actionable business workflows.
• Monitor compliance status, identify gaps, and support remediation efforts across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Security, Privacy, and Product teams to drive accountability.
• Support corporate governance, entity filings, and audit readiness activities.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in legal compliance, risk, or legal operations.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build compliance processes across teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or building legal risk frameworks.
• Familiarity with privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance concepts.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as energy, utilities, or fintech.
• Leadership and management experience working across business units.
