What you will do

• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework, monitoring, and training programme.
• Lead a team of Regulatory Compliance Managers and advise the business on compliance requirements.
• Support regulatory licence applications and prepare responses to regulatory requests.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture.
• Provide expert regulatory advice during product launches to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Deep understanding of Singaporean regulations, including the Payment Services Act, Securities and Futures Act, and Financial Advisers Act.
• Proven experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Strong ability to conduct regulatory gap analysis and manage policy implementation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
