What you will do

• Coordinate banking and treasury-related operations.
• Support the migration from QuickBooks to modern accounting systems.
• Implement automation and AI tools to streamline accounting workflows.
• Prepare financial summaries and ensure audit-ready record-keeping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be available during U.S. business hours.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with U.S.-based leadership teams.
