Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines)

What you will do

  • Prepare weekly and monthly invoices for labor hire, projects, maintenance, and equipment.
  • Manage intercompany transfers and chargebacks across multiple software systems.
  • Reconcile monthly receivable accounts and investigate/resolve discrepancies.
  • Allocate AR payments and monitor account aging to provide reports to management.
  • Distribute AR statements and handle client inquiries regarding outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain internal spreadsheets for tracking training, inductions, and client contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Experience with ERP and Accounting platforms such as SAP, MYOB, or Xero.
  • Knowledge of AU invoicing and compliance requirements, including GST rules.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Accounting Systems or Financial Software.
  • Experience working in mining or industrial project environments.
