What you will do

• Build and launch production-ready web applications from scratch.
• Integrate AI models like Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini into product workflows.
• Design and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and database structures using Supabase and PostgreSQL.
• Implement AI guardrails, hallucination handling, and failure recovery systems.
• Collaborate directly with leadership to translate product ideas into technical solutions.
• Debug production issues and optimize system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with availability during U.S. business hours.
• Proven experience shipping real production-ready fullstack applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into production systems.
• Strong proficiency with Supabase, Firebase, or PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, API design, and scalable product development.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents or workflow automation systems.
• Background in SaaS platforms or MVP-to-production transitions.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG workflows.
