What you will do

• Prepare consolidated GL accounts in the Philippines using ERP Oracle NetSuite under PFRS.
• Coordinate accounting and month-end close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Enhance balance sheet substantiation and contribute to ICAAP-related financial control processes.
• Prepare detailed financial reporting and analysis on key general ledger accounts.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulators and manage audit programs aligned with group requirements.
• Develop and monitor control environment under RCSA frameworks and lead process improvements via automation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Philippines for remote work.
• Relevant accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in finance or controlling within banking, financial services, fintech, or consulting.
• Solid technical knowledge of PFRS and IFRS standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
