What you will do

• Open doors at target APAC FI accounts using a pre-built network.
• Multi-thread target accounts by building senior relationships across teams to sustain presence.
• Identify and pursue large, high-value partnership opportunities with financial institutions.
• Represent TRM at industry conferences and practitioner forums across APAC to generate pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful conversion to customers.
• Feed market signals from the field back into TRM product and GTM roadmap.

Requirements

• Based in Singapore and able to work remote.
• Willing to travel 30–40% for conferences and in-person account work.
• Deep, credible network across APAC financial institutions.
• Direct experience with financial institutions or crypto-native infrastructure companies serving them in APAC.
• Comfort with customer-facing and public-facing work (conferences, panels, thought leadership).
• Track record of turning relationships into real pipeline (not just introductions), with AI day-to-day workflow for research/prospecting/pipeline management.
