What you will do

• Perform administrative and marketing support duties for the Regional Marketing Management Team.
• Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with regional marketing partners.
• Compile advertising settlement recap reports and process incoming advertising invoices.
• Research audience and artist demographics to inform and shape marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute impactful digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and provide day-of-show event coverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Denver, CO.
• 1+ years of experience in event planning or marketing within entertainment or sports.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as required by show schedules.
• Willingness to travel as needed for business operations.
