What you will do

• Develop B2B marketing initiatives for diverse audiences including Hispanic/Latinx, Black/African American, AAPI, Gen Z, and LGBTQ+.
• Create sales enablement collateral such as presentations and one-sheets.
• Write narratives and stories that amplify cultural points of view.
• Conduct research using internal tools to extract insights for new narratives.
• Monitor pop culture and listener trends to develop innovative internal and external showcases.
• Assist in the ideation and creation of webinars, industry panels, and conference sponsorships.

Requirements

• Must be a recent graduate from an accredited HBCU (within the last 2 years, or expected to graduate by June 2026).
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
• Entry-level experience through internships or employment in cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and an appetite for deriving meaningful insights from data.
