Marketing Coordinator (Concerts)

Location: Calabasas, CA, USA. This is not a remote position and requires you to be in office when not on site working an event.

Salary: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Execute marketing campaigns for assigned events from announcement through closeout.
• Track ticket sales, campaign performance, and manage social media content calendars.
• Coordinate with Graphic Design teams to develop digital, print, and promotional collateral.
• Manage on-site marketing needs, including media support, content capture, and signage.
• Research emerging marketing platforms and trends to identify new promotion opportunities.
• Handle administrative tasks, including reviewing marketing invoices and distributing promotional tickets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with digital and social marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut.
• Experience using Asana and Meta Business Suite.
• Must possess US work authorization without requiring sponsorship.
• Ability to travel to event locations and work holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.
