Location: Must be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, USA
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead operational excellence for systems supporting Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, Legal, and Communications.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across enterprise platforms and integrations.
- Manage system governance, including release management, change control, patching, and security updates.
- Oversee vendor SLAs, contractor performance, and operational standards.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to align operational readiness with business priorities.
- Deliver data-driven operational reporting and insights to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, specifically within SAP or ERP-driven environments.
- Deep expertise in SAP platform operations, BASIS administration, and enterprise integrations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, transformation-oriented organizations.
- Experience with enterprise governance, change management, and compliance frameworks like SOX and GDPR.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and reporting/visualization tools.
